Amber Drop Honey started by chance. We wanted to help bees and ended up, quite quickly, caring for 35 rescued colonies.
We started selling their honey and what was meant to be a hobby turned into a business.
We now care for about 300 colonies.
We sell classic runny honey, but also creamed, ginger, chilli, coconut...
