We produce biltong (air dried steak) with a strong health focus. Our biltong is made using certified organic, grass-fed Australian beef and contains no rubbish ingredients - simply containing beef, vinegar and spices. It is a practical, natural source of protein that is a great snack for busy, active people looking to eat a diet based on wholefoods.

We source our beef from farms implementing holistically planned grazing systems. Livestock on these farms move, mob and graze as nature intended, a process that naturally disturbs and fertilises the land whilst also ensuring it is not overgrazed and has adequate rest. Overtime, managing livestock in this way causes topsoil to build up and perennial grasses to grow taller and stronger, an ecological outcome that drags down more carbon from our atmosphere, holds more water where it can be utilized, and produces more nutrient dense food.
