For those who like all things roasted. Take Sencha green tea and roast it with charcoals and you get H?jicha. The roasting process lowers the caffeine from green tea as well as imparting a nutty/caramel note. Traditionally H?jicha tea is best enjoyed after a meal, but we reckon that in kombucha format it doesn’t hold true.
