Weve designed our tonic to hero the natives ingredients used in Australian gins. Most big brand tonics use too much quinine and therefore have to add even more sugar to balance its taste. This can create an astringent after taste that can overpower the gin flavour. We have taken a more subtle approach using less quinine and a 1/3 of the sugar when compared to most tonics. Making Australian Gins shine.
