TOMATO KASUNDI

Kasundi comes from the Eastern states of India. Originally a fermented mustard sauce essential to Bengali cuisine, it was reminiscent of wasabi in its potency. It has since evolved to the rich, delicious tomato kasundi with mustard seeds and spices we know today.

Inspirations from an Indian kitchen

Eat this kasundi as a side dish with rice or use it as a condiment. Use it in kebab wraps, burgers, samosas, pakoras, bhajji or with grilled meats or veggies.
