We use Australia Post so please specify a residential or commercial delivery address when placing an order. Shipping is charged to the customer and is not included. Candles are not individually packaged. SHIPPING ERRORS + DAMAGE All items must be inspected for freight damage and reported within 7 days of receipt. We cannot replace any designs reported damaged after this time. Please include a photo of any damage. Any design discarded without consent from Mr Jasper Says due to a defect or damage will be charged and a refund is unable to be offered. Please report any items wrongly delivered (within 7 days of receipt) and we will organise these to be collected and the correct items sent. RETURNS POLICY We do not offer a change of mind refund. If you wish to swap an item, shipping charges will be at the cost of the retailer. TURNAROUND TIME Please allow at least 14-21 days from the time of your order for completion.
