The strong vanilla punch may also bring on urges for dessert or uncorking an oaky wine. SHIPPING We ship Australia wide from our workshop in Healesville, Victoria. (We do not currently ship internationally.) We use Australia Post so please specify a residential or commercial delivery address when placing an order. Shipping is charged to the customer and is not included. Candles are not individually packaged. SHIPPING ERRORS + DAMAGE All items must be inspected for freight damage and reported within 7 days of receipt. We cannot replace any designs reported damaged after this time. Please include a photo of any damage. Any design discarded without consent from Mr Jasper Says due to a defect or damage will be charged and a refund is unable to be offered. Please report any items wrongly delivered (within 7 days of receipt) and we will organise these to be collected and the correct items sent. RETURNS POLICY We do not offer a change of mind refund. If you wish to swap an item, shipping charges will be at the cost of the retailer. TURNAROUND TIME Please allow at least 14-21 days from the time of your order for completion. Larger orders may require more time, as well as during the Christmas period; please contact us for information about availability.
