All our products have been designed to showcase the fruit and keep residual sugars low at 2.9% - low sugar, high flavour.

Alive and wild, our Kombucha isn't pasteurised so it is super duper gut loving and ideal for people who want to reduce their sugar intake without getting bored.

Located on the south coast of NSW, Dark Forest Fermentary is a micro fermentary designed to improve well being and tread softly on our environment. All byproduct from our primary product line gets reused, recycled and repurposed so we use everything.
