Dark Forest Sparkling Fruits of the Forest Kombucha is traditional, slow-brewed Kombucha made with 100% Australian green tea, raw cane sugar and whole berries.

Fruits of the Forest is berry drive yet low in sugar (2.9%).  It tastes like summer. 

Alive and wild, our Kombucha isn't pasteurised so it is super duper gut loving and ideal for people who want to reduce their sugar intake without getting bored.

Located on the south coast of NSW, Dark Forest Fermentary is dedicated to producing super duper gut-loving fermented drinks and treading softly on our environment. All byproduct from our primary product line is reused, recycled and repurposed. No glossy promotional material is used and we never use plastic in our packaging.
