Our Ribsmacker Rib sauce is delicious with ribs and much more.  Maple syrup with a hint of chilli and spice, it really amps up any protein.

Chicken Ribs, Lamb Ribs, Pork Ribs or Beef , this sticky glaze will complement them all.  Its even good on wings or as a glaze for meat skewers.  Christmas Ham? amazing!

Non meat eaters will also love it on firm tofu or tempeh or simply use it as a condiment.

Smaller ribs can be cooked in the glaze but for meatier rubs that require longer cooking, we use it to baste toward the end of cooking.
