Our Banana Bread Mix has a warming cinnamon spice throughout, a perfect compliment to banana flavours. Simple to bake with minimal ingredients required and excellent for school lunchboxes. Our perfect Pancake Mix creates delicious, fluffy, gluten free pancakes every time! Just add wet ingredients and cook. All mixes are made with Australian grown stone-milled sorghum flour, a nutritionally dense ancient grain that has a low glycemic index, and is high in fibre, antioxidants and B vitamins. Boosted with gut friendly tigernut flour - high in prebiotic resistant starch, as well as protein rich Australian sunflower and chia seeds. No added colours, flavours, preservatives, gums or refined starches. Easily adapted to suit vegan and vegetarian diets with flax eggs. Packed into biodegradable paper bags to reduce single use plastics. Unfortunately we cannot substitute flavours.
