Colombian Popayan is grown & processed in the Popayan region of Colombia. 110 farms were carefully selected to offer a coffee that is sweet and balanced with a minimum score of 83 points. The farmers deliver their coffees to a warehouse where they are carefully assessed and transferred to a local mill in Popayan, where the coffees are milled, packed and sent to port.
