Mixed Varieties Manzanillo, Frantoio, Picual & Kalamatta Marraweeny olives is a small, unirrigated, organic grove high in the Strathbogie Ranges. We enjoy cool nights, misty mornings, good rainfall and abundant wildlife. Our grove is on a north-east facing slope which catches the morning sun and feeds moisture down to the trees during the hotter months. We pick our fruit in May to produce a grassy oil with a touch of pepper. Naturally fermented in brine for at least 12 months.
