This item will arrive frozen. If not being used the same day as delivery, please freeze once you receive. 

To heat, simply follow instructions on packaging. 

Ingredients: Crushed Tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato juice), beef mince, carrots, onions, water, garlic, salt, pepper, basil, parsley, olive oil.
