RAW BALLS

1. YOU WILL NEED:  
2. 1 mixing bowl, spoon, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp liquid coconut oil 
3. METHOD: 
4. Pour dry mix into bowl 
5. Add maple syrup and coconut oil 
6. Mix thoroughly until mixture comes together 
7. Roll into balls (approx 10) 
8. Place in fridge or freezer for to set 
9. Enjoy!

GRANOLA / MUESLI 

• YOU WILL NEED: 
• 1 large mixing bowl, spoon, lined baking tray, 4 tbsp maple syrup, 4 tbsp liquid coconut oil, 3 tbsp nut/seed butter, ½ cup coconut, 1 cup rolled oats,  
• METHOD: 
• Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees 
• Combine all ingredients and dry mix in a mixing bowl. Use your clean hands to mix well and toss to coat; it will be sticky and messy but that's the fun part.
• Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 -15 minutes, until very lightly toasted 
• Cool before serving or storing
