• RAW BARS 
• YOU WILL NEED: 
• 1 mixing bowl, spoon, rolling pin, baking paper, 2 tbsp rice malt syrup, 1 tbsp liquid coconut oil, 30g dark chocolate (melted) 
•   
• METHOD: 
• Pour dry mix into bowl 
• Add Rice Malt Syrup and Coconut Oil. 
• Mix thoroughly 
• Pour mixture in between 2 sheets of baking paper and roll into a rectangle shape 1cm thick  
• Place in fridge or freezer for to set 
• Cut into 5 even pieces  
• Drizzle melted chocolate over bars and allow to set.
