Only Mine

Only Mine are hand crafted chocolates that are produced with flavour in mind, every time. We don't pick fancy ingredients to be different, we pick the best ingredients for their flavour and let the taste do the talking.

Founded by Jason Stockton and Anya Tran out of our home kitchen, we set out to create the tastiest, most beautiful chocolates we could using real ingredients. Only Mine was the perfect way to let our creativity run free and come up with flavours that were inspired by our vastly different upbringings on opposite sides of the world.

We spent five months developing our chocolates flavour and unique look before we sold our first chocolates in January 2016. Having no experience working with chocolates we learnt everything through research and experimentation. Every mistake led to a discovery of a new way, a new taste or a new texture.

We are passionate about chocolate, what is amazing to most is average to us. Every chocolate we produce needs to meet our highest standards, if it doesn't - it won't hit the shelves.
