Made with Australian grown stone-milled sorghum flour, Australian sunflower seeds, brown rice, Australian chia seed and chickpeas, they are naturally free of gluten and are packed with gut friendly prebiotic fibres. Our versatile, hand blended, All Purpose flour is a rich source of protein, iron, zinc, Vitamin E, B vitamins and antioxidants. It can be used to replace regular flour cup for cup in all your baking needs. Mild but delicious, slightly nutty taste perfectly suitable for sweet and savoury recipes including pizza bases, bread, savoury muffins, cakes, biscuits and pancakes. Our delicious bake mixes are simple to prepare with only standard pantry ingredients required to make delicious healthy treats. We pack into reusable glass to avoid the use of single use plastic bags that are sent to landfill once the products are used.
