PS SODA

A soda company that truly represent Australia.  

We work with nearby producers and suppliers and use Australian native ingredients to create something unique, local and intrinsic. Everything is natural, cooked from scratch, by hand in Sydney. We are independent and a 100% Australian owned. We work seasonally, reuse old bottles and keep waste to a minimum.

PS Soda is an idea born and bottled at cocktail bar PS40 (2020 Time Out Sydney Bar of The Year). We put the same amount of thought into creating sodas as we do cocktails. Fresh produce, the layering of flavours and progressive techniques makes up a core range that challenges not only what a soda is but also how it can be mixed.

Our lemonade is smoked, our cola is wattled and everything is made fresh by hand. Utilising both local and native ingredients we have created a core and a seasonal range of sodas that forge a new path to mixing drinks, cocktails and non-alcoholics. Stay Bubbly!
