Spicy Lemon Pickle

A condiment common in the cuisines of the sub-continent. There are different recipes indigenous to different regions of South Asia. Ours is a spicy version that can be used in cooking tangy and spicy curries like achari gosht but is best as an accompaniment for the Indian staple - dal and rice.
