Introducing Supply’d Hub: Connecting Food Suppliers and Retailers

15 Aug 2026  •  3 min read

Today, we’re officially launching Supply’d Hub, a new way for food suppliers and retailers to connect, manage product ranging, promotions and ordering through one connected platform.

Supply’d has always focused on connecting the operations inside a food business. Purchasing, inventory, production, warehousing, sales and delivery all work better when information flows through one system.

But food businesses don’t operate alone.

Every retailer relies on suppliers. Every supplier relies on customers. And many of the interactions between them still happen through emails, spreadsheets, PDF catalogues and disconnected systems.

Supply’d Hub is our next step towards changing that.

Meet Supply’d Hub

Supply’d Hub gives food manufacturers, brands, wholesalers and distributors a central place to manage the information and workflows they share with retailers using Supply’d.

Suppliers can maintain their product catalogue, connect with retailers, submit products for ranging, create promotions and see orders received through Supply’d.

For retailers, those interactions become part of the Supply’d workflows they already use to run their business.

The result is less duplication, less chasing and better information on both sides.

With Supply’d Hub, suppliers can:

✓ Build and maintain a central product catalogue
✓ Connect directly with retailers
✓ Submit products for ranging
✓ Create promotions for connected customers
✓ View sales orders received through Supply’d

From Ranging to Repeat Orders

Getting a new product onto a retailer’s shelf can involve a surprising amount of administration.

Product information gets sent back and forth. Pricing changes need to be communicated. Ranging requests disappear into inboxes. Promotions arrive separately. And once a product is accepted, orders often move through yet another process.

Hub starts bringing those interactions together.

Suppliers maintain product information in one place and can submit products directly to connected retailers for ranging.

Retailers can review those requests within Supply’d, accept or decline individual products, and bring approved products into their existing purchasing workflows.

Suppliers can then create promotions for connected retailers and see orders as they are placed.

Promotions Where Purchasing Happens

One of the things we particularly wanted to improve with Hub was how supplier promotions reach buyers.

Traditionally, promotions are often sent by email, spreadsheet or PDF and rely on the buyer seeing them at exactly the right moment.

With Hub, promotions can appear while a retailer is actually preparing an order.

That creates a much more useful connection between the supplier trying to promote a product and the buyer deciding what to purchase.

Free for Suppliers

Supply’d Hub is free for suppliers to join.

You don’t need to use Supply’d ERP to create an account. Food manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and brands can join Hub, build their catalogue and connect with participating retailers at no cost.

For businesses that later need deeper inventory, production, warehouse, purchasing, delivery or reporting capabilities, Supply’d ERP provides a natural path to extend beyond Hub.

But using Hub doesn’t require making that move.

Building a More Connected Food Industry

Supply’d started with a simple idea: running a food business shouldn’t require stitching together endless spreadsheets, disconnected software and manual processes.

As Supply’d has grown, that idea has expanded beyond what happens inside an individual business.

Supply’d ERP connects the operations inside a food business.

Supply’d Hub connects those businesses with the suppliers around them.

Supply’d Lite helps connect them with their customers.

Together, they’re building towards something much larger: a connected operating platform for the food industry.

There is still plenty more to build, but the launch of Supply’d Hub is an important step towards that vision.
